I am a PhD candidate at the Stanford Technology Ventures Program at Stanford University. My research examines how emerging technologies (e.g., blockchain and AI) and novel organizational forms jointly influence behavior. In my dissertation, I study how decentralized decision-making on blockchains shapes participation dynamics in decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs).

My research has been published in leading management journals, including the Academy of Management Journal, Strategic Management Journal, Organization Science, and Academy of Management Annals.

Before starting my PhD, I received degrees in Computational Social Science from Stanford University (MSc), Organizational Behavior from the London School of Economics (MSc), and Business Administration from WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management (BSc).
