I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management and Technology at Bocconi University. My research examines how emerging technologies (e.g., blockchain and AI) and novel organizational forms jointly influence behavior. For example, I study how decentralized decision-making on blockchains shapes participation dynamics in decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs).

My research has been published in leading management journals, including the Academy of Management Journal, Strategic Management Journal, Organization Science, and Academy of Management Annals.

I received degrees in Management Science and Engineering (PhD) and Computational Social Science from Stanford University (MSc), Organizational Behavior from the London School of Economics (MSc), and Business Administration from WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management (BSc).
