I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management and Technology at Bocconi University.

My research examines how organizations distribute decision-making authority and how this shapes participation, influence, and strategic behavior. I study these questions in decentralized organizations, including blockchain-based organizations, and increasingly in systems involving AI agents.

I also develop AI and machine learning methods for organization and strategy research, including methods for measuring organizational concepts from text. My current work includes developing strategy simulations to compare human and AI decision-making.

My research has been published in leading management journals, including the Academy of Management Journal, Strategic Management Journal, Organization Science, and Academy of Management Annals.

I received degrees in Management Science and Engineering (PhD) and in Management Science and Engineering with a specialization in Computational Social Science from Stanford University (MSc), Organizational Behavior from the London School of Economics (MSc), and Business Administration from WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management (BSc).
